I wish to record my gratitude and appreciation to all those who attended our first General Meeting. It was truly pleasure to meet so many PAAMA members, to renew old friendships and make new ones. I look forward to making further acquaintances and to working together in future.
I was also pleased we got to hold a special Farewell Session to recognise the contributions of our outgoing Chairman and Vice Chairman to PAAMA UK. It is, as Mr Issah Wemah himself remarked, an event unprecedented in PAAMA history.
Although there were many learning points from the first meeting yet I was encouraged by the turnout especially from the ladies and by all the positive feedback received. Insha’Allah, with hard work, prayers and the support all PAAMA membership, we will be able to build upon the positives and eliminate the negatives.
As anticipated, I took the opportunity of the first General Meeting to set out my vision for PAAMA UK in my Keynote Address. For the benefit of all, especially those who could not be in attendance, I reproduce the text of my address below.
May Allah bless and keep you all. Ameen

Yours humbly,
Tommy Kallon.
